Introduction of the tiUSD Insurance Fund

Risk-tolerant investors are provided the option to deposit into the Insurance Fund for tiUSD and earn a significantly higher yield on their capital than simply staking tiUSD. In return for this higher yield, in the rare event that tiUSD's strategy takes a loss, Insurance Fund depositors will incur this loss.

The purpose of this system is to greatly enhance the capital security of tiUSD's already extremely low risk strategies, ensuring tiUSD delivers investors constant yield with no interruptions, and allowing an exciting high yield opportunity for Insurance Fund depositors.

By allowing Insurance Fund depositors to directly expose themselves to the risk of the strategies used for tiUSD's backing capital, we have isolated the risk away from standard tiUSD stakers.
