# Security & Regulation

### Institutional Framework & BVI SPC Hedge Fund License

Titanium Finance is currently structuring as a **British Virgin Islands Segregated Portfolio Company (SPC)** and becoming operatable under a fully regulated hedge fund license issued by the BVI Financial Services Commission. This SPC model allows us to launch multiple, legally ring‑fenced investment strategies under one corporate entity, with each portfolio’s assets and liabilities strictly segregated.

**Before the official launch** **of Titanium Protocol**, this legal structure setup will be completed.

To maintain financial integrity and regulatory compliance, Titanium Finance appoints dedicated administrators, custodians, and auditors for each portfolio, with the Titanium Multi-Strategy Investment Fund functioning as one large portfolio, and Tailored Opportunities offering many smaller portfolios. We also prepare detailed audited financial statements for every portfolio, reflecting their unique performance and financial position. These statements are filed with the BVI FSC within six months of the end of each financial year.

### Custodial Security

Our team uses audited multi-signature technology (safe.global \[previously known as Gnosis Safe]) for transfers of large sums of cryptocurrency. We take it a step further than an ordinary multi-signature wallet which utilizes hot wallets. We instead utilize multiple Ledger Nano's as each owner of the multi-signature contract, meaning that for any funds to move, the transaction must be confirmed by multiple ledger devices.

This is an institutional-grade security system, ensuring extreme risk reduction of exploits.
